If your domain is registered elsewhere, you need to update its nameservers so it points at our hosting.
Set the nameservers to:
- ns1.zeta.co.za
- ns2.zeta.co.za
You do this at the company where the domain is registered, not with us. Look for a section called Nameservers, DNS or Domain Management in their control panel.
Once changed, the update is not instant. See our article on DNS propagation for what to expect.
If you are not sure where your domain is registered, open a support ticket with the domain name and we will check for you.
